REVIEWS
Welcome to our ever-expanding Backcountry Ski Gear REVIEW section. Here you'll find straightforward reviews—in written, video and photo format—from backcountry skiers like you. We cover things like Backcountry Ski Gear, Clothing, Accessories, and Backcountry Lodges and Accommodation. Pretty much everything you need to have a good time on a ski tour (other than good friends and good snow conditions, of course). We know we'll never achieve the techno-weenie status of some reviewers on the Web, and that's not our goal. We love to ski tour and we care about the things that have to come together to make it all happen. We'll share the good, the bad and the ugly with you –from a hard-core recreationalist's perspective. If you have any comments on the reviews we provide, please visit the appropriate zone in the forums. Every time we post a new review, we'll open a new topic so we can discuss and share more opinions and experiences on a particular piece of gear.
If you are a manufacturer or owner/operator and would like us to consider your item or locale for review, please drop us an email here.
