COMP- Broken in by Bernie Glacier

Burnie Glacier, accessed via Smithers, was a week-long unforgettable journey and my first ski touring adventure ever.   It was the remote location, blue skies, technical terrain, delicious snow and cozy cabin that gave me the best first impression of ski touring. 

Here I am three years later with many long traverses under me that have taken me around the world.  Last week, I snapped one of my skis I bought for my Burnie Glacier tour.   They are now my shot-ski so I can forever toast them for all my adventures and making me a ski-touring addict.
