The Last King- Skiing Movie
Here's a heads-up for a movie I have just watched on Netflix. It's named 'The Last King' and is the story of the infant king of Norway in the 1200's. The reason for mentioning the movie on the Backcountry Skiing Canada.com forum is that there is SO much skiing, actual backcountry skiing in the snow-filled mountains of medieval Norway, that I was pleasantly surprised! Plus the movie is similar in content to Game of Thrones so if you like period pieces, battles, skiing, and royal drama check it out! Stay safe out there... :)
