Here's a little something different. Usha, one of the first employees at Arcteryx in Vancouver, is retiring after being with the company for 30 years. It's a great little story about how a kind and smart woman can really help hold a company together.

From Usha Parbhakar's start as the first employee at the Columbia Street "factory" in North Van to her eventual job as receptionist—that she'll hold for the next few weeks—she has been a cornerstone. The short video proves that people with a big heart can have a big impact. With Arc'teryx, it's not necessarily a hard core climber or skier who will be most missed; it's people like Usha who work in the background.
