Arc'teryx Launches Gear Library
Arc'teryx launched a "Gear Library" recently. The Gear Library provides customers with the tools and inspiration they need to explore the great outdoors, free of charge. A really cool concept for people who want to try before they buy (and particularly appealing to people who might shy away from the brand's highish price point). A word of caution though, once you sample Arc'teryx kit, it's hard to go back. The library is rolling out across the country, bigger cities first. The inventory available depends on the store, and there will be jackets, shoes, harnesses, etc. Items can be borrowed for three days. For a design nerd like me, perhaps one of the coolest aspects of this program are the store-centric patches that will be given upon return of the kit. Here's a small sampling... Can you name the store?
