The North Face: Mountain Athletics - Poor Mans Leg Curl Workout for skiers
Here's the third of six video training tips The North Face has developed specifically for skiers to use during the off-season. This time around Kit DesLauriers shows us "the Poor Man's Leg Curl" which trains the backside of the leg - hamstrings and glutes - to add balance and durability.
Alpine skiing is quad-intensive so this is a great early-season or off-season exercise. Give the video a watch and then read our North Face Mountain Athletics review to see what we think of this new direction in technical-training apparel.
