Ice Creek Lodge
A BSC contingent is heading into Ice Creek Lodge in the Valhallas tomorrow. This is a return trip (last one was in 2013) and we are beyond stoked. Ice Creek has some pretty dramatic terrain, and, with the boatloads of snow we've had lately, things are looking very, very good. We posted a review of our trip in 2013 here. Last trip was mid-March. Let's see what mid-February delivers. Look back at this review in the next few weeks--we'll include a little update. We'll be guided by owner and guide and good guy Russ Hulbert. We also met our tail guide, Dylan, who randomly drove by our house last night. Hanging and ski touring at a hut for a week is an exceptionally fun way to pass the time--and Ice is definitely among the best. Here are some snaps (that will be updated...)
