Splitting in northern Norway
No sunshine? No problem. Northern Norway is home to the long polar night where the sun doesn’t rise for two months. For Eirik Verlo and Krister Furnes Kopala, making tracks in the dark is a non-issue. Episode 1 of their 3 part webisode series sheds a little light on the unique lines they ride during the first months of the dark Norwegian winter.

Watch the first part of Higher Latitude and follow these individuals and their early season turns. After watching these couloirs be shralped by headlamp, the only disappointment is that episode 2 has yet to come out.
