With climbing season well underway, projects both familiar and new are challenging us, pushing us to perform better than we did the day before. You don't have to be sending the gnarliest routes to want to progress, and progression happens naturally with most approaches, but some approaches may lead to that next hold faster than others.Climbing being a form of movement (some might call it exercise), and the human body being a dynamic medium upon which movement may be acted upon, an effective warm up is crucial for best performance. There are many ways to warm up, and finding what's right for you is going to depend on the day as much as anything else, but there are people who can help.
