Skiers vs. Snowboaders

Some of you may remember this time and some of you may not have been born yet (!). These were the early days of snowboarding. In 1985 it was very rare to see them at the resort, or anywhere actually. Take a look at this light little clip from CBC. It's amazing to see how far the humble board has come... I guess it begs the question: What next? A return of the monoski, perhaps? Or maybe some entirely new way to slide on snow. Who knows.
