Upper Arrow Lake Bikepack Adventure

We completed a pretty gruelling gravel bikepacking trip up and around Upper Arrow Lake in the BC Interior a few weeks back. Comprised of some extreme effort, a grizzly sighting, a "lost" period, OK food and some great company, it was an excellent way to mark the middle of summer. 

Thanks to support from Tifosi, Outdoor Vitals, Patagonia, Giro, Leatherman, B3NTH and MSR, I also had the opportunity to test some great gear. This kind of adventure is not unlike a multi-day self-supported ski tour. Lot's of route finding, solitude and a healthy dose of exertion.  If you have yet to try something like this, give it a whirl. It's a blast.
