        Way East


         Snowboarding and skiing in the Japanese backcountry seems to be the dream these days, and Aline Bock and Lena Stoffel sweeten the ride with some surfing while they travel Japan. In this 20 minute documentary, we follow the two German athletes along their travels, and are reminded of the hard times the people of Japan endured when the Tohoku earthquake struck back in 2011.
