A Recipe for Adventure
Not long after falling into a routine (work, eat, sleep, repeat) do I find myself longing for an adventure. The longer between, the more I crave the overwhelming excitement of exploring the unknown. Inherently dangerous yet undoubtedly rewarding, words can hardly describe the feeling. Don’t get me wrong; the risks are a far cry from those that Christopher Columbus, Edmond Hillary and Neil Armstrong took, but each adventure cultivates personal growth, self-discovery and a new perspective, on some level, no matter whom you are. While it is impossible to calculate every scenario, my motto is to hope for the best, prepare for the worst and anticipate surprises, because nothing usually goes as planned.

My recipe for adventure is a secret one, but some important ingredients are;
Joyous activities blended with unfamiliarity
1 (or more) foreign environment
A dash of courage
A pinch of fear
Risk (to taste)
Remember to always cook up an adventure outside of your comfort zone.
Enjoy this weekend's adventures & let me know what I missed!
