Jumbo in June

To make a long story short, last season I discovered that spectacular early-summer potential of the Jumbo area first hand. This season I knew I had to get back, and sure enough, the area delivered again. The icefield itself is like having a little piece of the alps tucked away on a dirt road in the heart of the Purcells. A true ski mountaineer's paradise.
