It’s that time of year again to celebrate the backcountry skiing community and there’s no better way to do this than to have a party, and that's exactly what Whitewater Ski Resort is doing. This coming Friday, Saturday and Sunday Whitewater Ski Resort will play host to a series of fun events, socials and clinics designed to bring out the backcountry skiing lover in you. FRIDAY FEB 20th
6:30PM Coldsmoke Opener Film Fest
Friday night kicks off with the Coldsmoke Opener Film Fest. Tickets are only $20 and the event takes place at the Civic Theatre in Nelson BC.
SATURDAY FEB 21st
8:30 AM ROAM Randonee Rally
10:00 AM Vallhala Pure Powderkeg Slopestyle
5:30 PM Coldmoke Backcountry Buff-EH
The Coldmoke Backcountry Buff-EH is a legendary dinner and party with a Mediterranean Feast provided by the renowned talents of the Whitewater First Track Cafe. This is a not-to-mis event so be sure and get your tickets ($55) early!
SUNDAY FEB 22nd
10:00 AM Poker Run
1:00 PM The North Face Backcountry Olympics
Over the course of the three days be sure not to miss the Poker Run, The North Face Backcountry Olympics, the Vallhala Pure Powderkeg Slopestyle and the ROAM Randonee Rally as well as the long list of clinics and the Coldsmoke Village where you can test out some new gear.
