Spring Skiing Roadtrip to the American Southwest - VIDEO
For most of us here in Canada, an El Niño winter strikes fear into our hearts. Rain in the alpine, prolonged dry spells and early springs. El Niño is evil... right? Not so fast. For every frightened Canadian, there is a stoked skier in the American Southwest, reaping the rewards of the jet stream's route choice.
Such was the case for Utah-based professional skier Brody Leven and a friend this past April. Taking advantage of the spring storms rolling through the southwest, they hit the road in an RV with the intention of packing in as many activities as humanly possible within six days. Though we're well aware that their trip was paid for by the RV rental company, it looks like it was an absolute blast. There's something special about those spring multi-sport days, especially when the skiing is as good as the biking and climbing.
Does Brody have you dreaming about spring? Maybe extremely useful looking RV/van hybrids? Sound off in the comments below.
