BEHIND THE SCENES OF PROFESSIONAL SKIING, with Veronica Paulsen

A new web series with Veronica Paulsen aims to explore a side of professional skiing that general public don't often get to see. Having recently exploded in the ski community herself after stomping a backflip entrance into the couloir at Kings & Queens of Corbet's in 2020 (and being the first woman to try for a double backflip entrance this year), Paulsen used Ep01 of her web series to share a peek behind the scenes of a day in the life of Jim Ryan, pro skier living in Jackson Hole, WY.

STEEP AND EXPOSED touches on what kind of work goes into preparing to ski at a world class level, in both a physical and mental sense. As athletes are often under pressure to perform in exposed and high-consequence situations, deliberate fear and mental fortitude training comes as part of the workout package. 

Upcoming episodes in the series are slated to follow a rotating cast of pro athletes as they share some tips, tricks, and strategies they use to thrive in their sport. Check out Episode 1 of STEEP AND EXPOSED below!
