Submit Your Observations This MINute

Have you been out skiing yet? Well, have you read the new Avalanche Canada's forecasters Blog? Even more important, have you submitted to the Mountain Information Network?  

Early season is tricky and observations are limited yet our Instagram feeds are clogged with early season powder shots and MIN  remains rather blank. With no public forecast in place, it's up to us to act as our own forecaster when we are out there so please share your observations.  Even a quick photo and short description of the weather and the snow you encountered can be very useful information for most. There's no need to be fancy, no one expects every skier to be an avalanche professional and you can always use an alias should you feel a little self-conscious.
