Yes. We are a backcountry skiing site and community. We don't ski every day of the year though and, as the weather and water warm up, we start to think of SUPing. We've got a growing paddle sports review section and are stoked to get out on Kootenay lakes and rivers as much as possible this season. (All with the idea to get into shape for next winter's ski season....don't you worry).
That's why this video caught my eye. We, admittedly, are a little late to the paddleboarding game but it seems like the sport is progressing (is that the right word?) at a heck of a clip. Take a look at how much fun this dude is having. And how enthusiastically he speaks about his experience. I want a hydrofoil SUP immediately.
