        Where to stay Kootenay & Revelstoke Range - Ski Partners Wanted

        Hello!

        I'm doing a west coast trip and want to finish it off with some touring in the interior.

        I'm finishing a Kokanee Glacier trip on March 26 and will be in the Nelson area with no return flight booked home to NS.

        I've got a couple of seasons experience skiing full time split between Whistler and Sunshine Village as well as some trips to the Chic Chocs in QC. I have completed AST-1 and Avalanche Level 1 Operations.

        I'm looking for the cheapest way to enjoy some touring in the Kootenays and Rossland Range and WH20 & Red backcountry, as well as some potential ski partners.

        I understand that overnights in the huts are a no-no, but would consider couch surfing in Rossland/Trail/Nelson, good camping spots, or would rent a camper/RV, Truck with camper, shack, cottage or simiar.
