50,000 Lumens Lights Up Pillow Skiing at Journeyman Lodge
While a starlit ski by headlamp is a common pursuit favoured by most overnight guests of Journeyman Lodge, the term 'night skiing' was recently taken to a new level. Callaghan Country was stoked when the Gibbons Whistler crew called them up to organize pro athletes, Abby Cooper, Keaton Carlson and Dean Bercovitch, the Beacon Media Group, and a 50,000 lumen D-I-Y drone mounted spotlight for the ultimate night skiing adventure...eight hours of yo-yo lapping an untouched pillow field and filming in the dark. The end result? Check it out for yourself in the video below... Watch the @gibbonswhistler crew shred backcountry pillows in @CallaghanCountry after dark.
