        Avalanche Conditions Report Dec 6th 2023

        The latest Avalanche Conditions Report for Whitewater Ski Resort is not painting a very pretty picture with a Pineapple Express/Atmospheric River (call it what you may) severely affecting the current snowpack.

        We filmed this video at 11:30 today and as I write this post now, there is about 15cm of snow on the ground—so things have transitioned from rain to wet snow which is at least a step in the right direction. But, and it's a big one, this, has created a layer that we will likely be talking about for weeks and months. Listen to Jason as he explains why you need to be very cautious venturing out in the coming days and weeks to come.
