In this weeks video Whitewater Ski Resort's Snow Safety Supervisor Wren McElroy talks about three separate avalanches that occurred out of bounds at Whitewater Ski Resort in Hummer A Shaft, Dog’s Leg and Kutetl.
Remember just because a you see tracks leading into a slope doesn’t mean its safe!
It’s important to make conservative terrain choices even when the avalanche danger is considerable. It's good to remember the definition of considerable – Natural avalanches possible, human triggered avalanches likely.
