Found this video of a rider who encountered an avalanche in sheltered and low angled terrain while skiing the trees in Silent Pass BC. Looks like a convex roll on a wind loaded slab ripped out from under him - could have been pretty bad. A good reminder to all.
Crazy. A good reminder to never underestimate the terrain you choose.
