The new AfterShokz Trekz Air wireless headphones do not go in your ears, instead, they use bone conduction technology. Audio vibrations are picked up through your cheekbones bypassing the outer and middle ear (where the eardrum is located) and stimulate the inner ear (hearing organ) directly.
