Anyone who has skied into a backcountry cabin, hut or lodge will tell you it’s usually worth the slog in (if there is a slog in…). The many cabins, huts and lodges in BC tend to be far away from civilization and close to the pow and terrain we all love. As well as the amazing array of hush-hush hippie cabins and ski-in versions, there are also heli-in cabins. By heli-ing in, you get the more remote goods faster (and will likely get pampered with flush toilets and feather beds when in the cabin). Have a read below of the multitude of backcountry cabins, huts and lodges to choose from and be sure to link over here to our accommodation review page where you will get the inside scoop on several top hotels and lodges we have already reviewed.
If you are a cabin, hut or lodge owner/operator and would like us to consider your lodging or locale for review, please drop us an email here.
