Killian Jornet sets Everest record

In yet another extraordinary feat. The immense endurance athlete, Kilian Jornet has reportedly set a speed record for mount Everest without the use of supplemental oxygen, and did so in a tremendous single push climbing via the north face route. 

If you're not familiar with the name, Kilian Jornet's exploits are numerous and impressive, owning speed records on several notable peaks. The young Spaniard has had his sights on Everest for several years. It will be exciting to see what shape his next endeavours take.
