        The Path less paved




        As we look to transition from winter into summer my mind begins to think more to the biking side of adventure.  I just recently came across this website The Path Less Paved from Svein Tuft.  An interesting character who left his career as a pro cyclist to embrace the layback lifestyle of a gravel grinder guide in the Selkirk mountains.  Here is the blurb from his website.  If you're into something maybe a little less adrenaline-fueled, one of Svein's tours might be just what the Dr ordered.

        The latest video from Shimano and Anthill Films takes viewers to the Selkirk Mountains to meet former professional road cyclist and time trial champion Svein Tuft, who shares his story of transitioning from a life on the pro racing circuit to slower adventures in the mountains of British Columbia.
