Blue bird day up in Rossland's backcountry and my first day out taking pictures this year. We had low expectations for snow conditions, but BAM there you have it, beautiful, light pow! I snapped this shot on the first turn down, and the day just kept getting better from there. This is going to be an amazing season. I can't wait for the next big dump followed by a bright blue sunny day. This is just the beginning of a potentially amazing year of snow! Heading to the hill tomorrow, hopefully there with be some fresh stuff to rip up!
