5.10 Eddy Water Shoes - VIDEO
Are you a SUP, Kayak or Canoe paddler? Ever watch your flip flops or crocs float down river without you, or wish neoprene booties weren’t so wet and constraining feeling? Fact is when you paddle, having something on your feet for added protection from rocks and sharp objects helps you remain stable while in standing or moving water. On your SUP good water shoes provide better traction and in your canoe or kayak your feet are just more comfortable for longer.

5.10’s new Eddy water shoes won’t fall off your feet and provide the protection you need wether you are paddling on a calm lake or taking on whitewater rivers. It won’t mark up you board and the shoe dries in 15 - 20 minutes thanks to built in drain ports in the heel and a synthetic mesh upper. It’s really light weight and looks pretty comfortable and cool. It’s also available in a pro version which provides additional support for those more serious paddlers out there.
We’ll be getting a pair to test out this summer while paddling around Kootenay Lake so be sure to check back to read our thoughts on how it performs on the water.
