Sneak Peek: Black Diamond’s new JetForce Pro Avalanche Airbag Packs - VIDEO

Black Diamond’s JetForce line of  fan based avalanche airbag pack gets a major overhaul for the 2019/20 ski season. The airbag system is now smaller and lighter than ever before and it's bluetooth enabled so system upgrades is now possible. Once you purchase the 10L base unit you can upgrade to a larger pack thanks to the Jetforce’s new modular system. There’s a 25L and 35L option as well as a 25L snowboard carry option. The pack's new sleek, technical look along with its internal advancements lives up to the new ‘Pro’ version name for this trusted Jetforce Airbag Pack.

Changing direction a little from the Jetforce’s battery powdered avalanche airbag system, Black Diamond will also be offering the JetForce Tour 26L with a new Alpreide E1 Airbag system. This system uses cutting edge supercapacitors to store the required energy to inflate the airbag. A micro USB port or AA batteries can be used to recharge the system so practice and multiple inflations are still possible.
