Garmin Fenix 5 Plus at Summer Outdoor Retailer
Last fall, Garmin’s Fenix 5X GPS Watch won our Gear fo the Year Award which was the second time for this product since the Fenix 3 also won back in 2015. Garmin is not one to rest on its laurels, so they are at it again with the new Fenix 5 Plus which comes in three flavours, the Fenix 5S Plus, Fenix 5 Plus and Fenix 5X Plus.
The big difference between the previous Fenix 5 and these new Plus versions is that they can now store music and pay for things. Users have been asking for tunes on their wrist for some time now and Gamin answered the call. You can now store and play up to 500 songs on the Garmin Fenix 5 Plus watches, and connect with Bluetooth headphones with out the need for your phone. The addition of Garmin Pay also means that the Fenix 5 Plus has a contactless payment solution which lets you make payments with your watch, so you can leave your cash and cards at home.
