Get in shape for skiing now: Training tips from The North Face
Here's the second of six video training tips The North Face has developed specifically for skiers to use during the off-season. This time around Kit DesLauriers shows us the "Kit Core Circuit Workout" including the Front Bridge Isometric, the 20 Second Kneeling Found Arms Down Extension, the 20 Second Kneeling Found Arms Down Extension and the Russian Triangle Flexion / Rotation. These exercises target movements and not muscles, they focus on the lower back and isometric strength.
