At last, the days are getting shorter. While the snow is not yet upon us, it's certainly on the horizon. With all the uncertainty surrounding resort and mechanized operations due to the pandemic, ski touring and splitboarding are looking more appealing than ever.If you want to crush it on the uptrack, you're going to need a bit of fitness. The level of fitness "required" is completely dependant to your own goals and where your baseline is, but that doesn't mean that you can't put some extra effort in pre-season in order to bring that baseline up and work towards new goals.
