Train for climbing without a gym
In the age of quarantine, getting (or staying) in shape for climbing may look a little different than it has in the past. With gyms being closed and rock climbing falling outside of the "risk-averse" mindset of the socially conscious recreationist (climbing cabinetry is not recommended either... ps. check the date on that article), one of the only options left seems to be the home gym.If you weren't prepared for isolation and don't have equipment for a home gym, fret not. Climbing magazine has a list of quarantine approved exercises that require no specialized equipment. Enjoy!
