What do the winds bring? A story of survival in coastal BC

 I've heard and read a few stories of people returning from the relative isolation of the mountains to the drastic change in lifestyle brought on by the pandemic, but this is perhaps the most harrowing. The story is by Kieran Brownie as he recounts enduring an intense coastal storm in the alpine, to then return to the strange circumstance brought on by the pandemic in the town below.
