Classic eastern spring skiing--Chic Chocs in Eastern Quebec.

Just spotted this little video from some VT. college kids who made the spring pilgrimage along the Gaspé Peninsula and into the Chic Choc Mountains of Quebec. Other than mispronouncing "Chic Choc," these lads put together a good vid.  If you are sitting in an office anywhere out east right now, you should be planning a trip up there. The snow is still in great shape and heck, it's only about a ten hour drive from Montreal.

Though it looks like they've stopped reporting for the season, a good place for info is here. The Mines Madelaine is a good staging point for exploration.
