COMP - Duffey Lake late january pow
So after spending a month in pemberton, I ended up riding 25 days - all of which ended up being comprised of powder runs (even 5 resort days). We got absolutely puked on. I saw the snowpack grow from just over a meter to over 3.5m now. Stability is very good, and coverage is looking to shape up for another all-time season here on the coast.
Since we have been getting hit my a ton of storms, riding has mostly been at treeline and below due to visibility. My dirtbag splitboard crew of 4 friends living in an RV has been shredding the duffey as much as possible. Here is a little edit of the last week of January. This will be our last video from the coast though - time to head east to kootenay pass and rogers pass for February. Then up to Terrace for March, and finally Haines, AK for April. See you on the road!
