Berthoud Pass Ski Tour/gear test with Dynafit -- Video

We rarely get to go out for a ski tour when we attend trade shows so the invitation from Dynafit to hit Berthoud Pass was very welcome. After an epic exit out of Arvada (thanks Uber X) we managed to meet Eric Henderson and Jamie Starr from Dynafit in Golden, Colorado. Their vehicle for the day was an RV, not unlike the rig Henderson and others had lived in filming From the Road. This commodious RV was excellent for warming up, transporting gear to be tested for the day and keeping the ten or so journalist and industry people who were along for the ride happy.

Here we are getting kitted-up for the day. I skied the Khion boot and the Chugach ski. An awesome combo–look out for a review in the future.

Here's Crystal, I believe. One of the many fun people we skied with that day. It was wind hammered on top (North slope off the highway) but we managed to find some good snow and did a couple very satisfying laps. The Chugach skis are sweeeeeet.
