K2 skins z-clips falling loose from tip of ski

Picked up a pair of K2 trim to fit skins this year. Have used a couple times but the z-clips in the front of the skins are coming loose and falling out of the hole in the front of the ski.

They may have become bent....when I'm with the skis again this weekend I'll have a closer look and try to bend them back. I'm wondering if there's something else that can be done to ensure that z clips stay taught and don't drop loose. Thoughts?

Any pics of the issue so I can get a better idea of exactly what you are talking about? Maybe a series of pics to better illustrate things.

I have the K2 z-clip skins and well, and love that attachment system. The little black pieces on the end are a bit useless and fell off long ago. Mine started doing the same as well, so I just took some pliers and made a slightly sharper bend on the z-clip and no issues to report this season :-)
