Summer Climbing Skin Storage Tips
Skins are expensive, and while in-season storage is relatively straightforward (dry em' out and fold them in half) storing your skins for the summer can be a little trickier. Throw in some hot, hot temperatures and if you're not careful you could end up with a sticky mess next time you go skiing.Fear not though, because we have a few tips for you that will help extend the longevity of your skins and prevent the dreaded molten goop.
Per BD:
Apply Cheat Sheets and keep skins below 32˚ C (90˚ F) for long-term storage in order to preserve glue quality. Use the skin bag to keep skins clean. After long term storage, remove Cheat Sheets at room temperature for best results.

Lastly, if finding a cool dry place is easier said than done for you, don't be afraid to throw your skins in a ziploc bag and put them in the freezer. It sounds bizarre, but freezing temperatures are exactly what they're designed for.
