 It's official, snow is returning to the high alpine in Canada. In the last week, I've been snowed on twice, and it looks like it's starting to stick around. While it may be a smidge early to strap shred sticks to your bags and catch the heel-toe-express to the alpine, those freshly frosted peaks are some of the first signs of the coming of our favourite season. 

 So while we twiddle our thumbs in the valley bottom waiting for enough snow to fall to stay afloat, let's live vicariously through the lives of others. That's right, it's the season of ski/snowboard films. Others prefer to call it fall, or autumn, but the rest of us know it's just the queue for winter.
