- 375g (1 cup) of peanut butter
- 65g (1/4 cup) of honey
- 65g (1/4) cococnut oil (or butter)
- 250g (1 cup) of whey protein (chocolate flavor tastes great!)
- sea salt flakes
Heat all four ingredients together to combine, then garnish with chia seeds, chocolate chips, dried blueberries, or anything that strikes your fancy. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to form, and enjoy in any size or shape you like.
