Uphill Athlete and Atomic have partnered together to offer a free pre-season ski training video (embedded below), delivered by Neil Maclean-Martin.Neil is based in Chamonix, France and has worked for more than twenty years in the world of elite sport. He is a clinical specialist in Musculoskeletal sports injuries. I've used Neil's "Chamonix Fit At-Home" training program for a few months this fall. It's a well designed at-home training program that will challenge users at any fitness level. Do the workouts as designed and you will get stronger and be better prepared for the upcoming ski season.

Jerry Isaak is an Associate Teaching Professor and the program lead for ski touring in the Adventure Studies Department at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia. He is an AMGA certified Ski Guide and has guided backcountry ski adventures in Iceland, Kyrgyzstan, Japan, and throughout the United States and western Canada.
