Here's the first installment from DPS Cinematic's 2015/16 series of short films. Shot in Hokkaido, Japan, The Weight of Winter is a great document of storm skiing. With Ben Sturgulewski in the director's chair, again, the short manages to capture the quiet bliss that this kind of experience delivers. 'good soundtrack too.
