        Fade to Winter -- Movie Friday Night at the Capital Theater in Nelson

        Our "fade" has been pretty abrupt but no matter, check out the movie tomorrow night in downtown Nelson at the Capital Theatre. Two screenings at 7 and 9, respectively, for your convenience.

        Sponsored by Backacountry Skiing Canada (that's us)  Whitewater Ski Resort, Nelson Brewing Company and The Adventure Hotel. The MSP production is shot in Alaska, Iceland, British Columbia, Japan, Colorado, Italy, and New England. It profiles the quest of nine pro skiers in finding what they love most. Snow and pow. Tickets are $15 and can be found at the Capital Theatre box office on Victoria Street or online at capitaltheatre.bc.ca.
