Photo Comp - Bootpacking in the sunshine

As is tradition north island, we finished our day with a bootpack up to the top of Cain (not quite the summit, as the summit is a big bizzare shaped block of rock with vertical faces on all sides – the big block on the right of the second picture) to hangout in the sunshine for a bit before picking our line down. On this day we opted to hit the west bowl and stick to the shadows as much as possible, spring has arrived and the snow in the sun was begining to get sun affected pretty quickly.
