Wow-what a way to start the day...sunrise at Kootenay Pass. Breaking trail, breaking a sweat and breaking up any doubts that we truly do live in paradise. If only there was a breakfast joint open early enough in Nelson to start a day like this with bacon...mmm... and eggs and perhaps a few fluffy pancakes to carbo load for the day ahead. Oh well, pretty soon your mouth is filled with so much fluffy powder that you find yourself quite satisfied after all...needing nothing...except to do this all over again next weekend. Maybe a little later start next weekend.

We couldn't do this with out all of you, your input, observations out in the mountains and route beta is what makes it all happen and keeps everyone informed and safe - keep it up!

(oh,... and submit some more routes too please.)
