TGR's new film "Purple Mountains" goes deep, but not in the powder this time.
As environment and the outdoors hold a special place in many of our hearts, even us non-voting Northern neighbours can share a collaboratively held breath as we prepare for the upcoming US elections. As November approaches, voters will soon play a huge role in deciding the future of both American and world climate. In light of this, Teton Gravity Research’s new film “Purple Mountains” follows Jeremy Jones on his journey to understand why we are so divided on the topic of climate change. Athlete, environmental activist and founder of non-profit group Protect Our Winters, Jones engages in honest conversations about climate with people who don’t see eye to eye with him.
Check out the trailer, and watch the full film on the Purple Mountains website. For those of you with voting capabilities that are unsure how to vote in climate’s favour or can’t make it to a voting station on Election Day, POW can help you with that here. Choose wisely, and we’ll see you out there!
