Avalanche Canada’s Mountain Information Network is available on your smartphone and is free! Create a profile and submit observations about snow conditions in your area. This information is available to anyone, from forecasters to backcountry enthusiasts, who are looking for snow conditions, hazards, type of snow, weather, etc.  This tool can help people make smart choices about how you play in the backcountry.
